cooking, as we re-create time-honored classics such as rich

saffron risotto, and make bold new impressions with 

innovative fare such as black tagliatelle pasta 

with clams, squid, and calabrian chilies. 

The Torinos' Trattoria menu highlights include more 

than a half dozen fresh pastas made in house daily,

slow-braised meats, wild game, and seafood.
